Responsibilities
Oversee the reception area
Manage mail distribution
Enter data into the computer database for management review
Reconcile daily production reports with adjacent shifts and departments
Generate production paperwork for production teams
Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures
Manage production-related documents
Maintain required data collecting and reporting
Assist Plant Manager in planning and performing production-related activities
Respond to requests from other members of the production team
Assist with administration of temporary employees
Assist with timekeeping duties of employees
Perform other duties as required, directed, or assigned
