Responsibilities

Calling Candidates, hiring, managing HR, training new employees in scope of practice, training in competency's.
Courteously receiving incoming telephone calls
Customer service focused, problem solving, clear written and spoken communication, time management, good judgment and decision making
Ability to work in a team environment and to collaborate with a variety of individuals in a positive manner

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Twelve months of experience in or equivalent experience working in a medical office environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Customer service experience and proficient computer skills required, preferably in a windows environment with medical management or other scheduling system
