Handle invoicing and documenting in system
Assist with scheduling paperwork and scanning
Backup to the freight coordinator
Perform strong data entry and administrative tasks as assigned
Work in a safety-sensitive position

Required
1-2yrs administrative and/or purchasing experience preferred
Must have very strong computer skills with heavy emphasis on Excel
Manufacturing background preferred
Strong computer skills, analytical and math skills needed
Ability to act promptly and quickly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
MUST BE A 'GO GETTER'!
Preferred
Accounting and logistics experience a plus
