Responsibilities
Assist in daily administrative roles and support.
Data entry, assist with cost and variance analyses.
Prepare and edit various correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and maintain associated files.
Work with other departments and outside vendors on facilities issues, ensuring projects are completed in a timely fashion.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Comfortable with the Microsoft Windows operating system.
Comfortable navigating and interacting with various cloud-based platforms (will train).
Exceptionally organized with high attention to detail.
Must have reliable transportation.
Willing and able to work from our office daily.
