Responsibilities

Assists the Executive Manager by scheduling appointments, arranging travel, preparing documents, taking notes, attending meetings/events, organizing professional and personal functions.

Runs business and personal errands.

Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and making adjustments to plans.

Maintains contact lists and various databases.

Protects the company by keeping information confidential.

Assists in covering the company's phones.

Completes some office management duties.

May be asked to provide admin support to several executive managers.

Other duties as assigned.
