Responsibilities
Managing a complex calendar
Scheduling and organizing meetings
Composing correspondence
Transcribing minutes
Preparing presentations
Arranging travel plans and reimbursements
Ordering business cards and catering
Supporting service tickets, directory changes, Recharge Order Request, check requests
Serving as Payroll and Human Resources representative
Providing parking services for the Operations team
Assisting with miscellaneous tasks for Administration/Operations
Providing back-up support to other office assistants as needed
Preparing, obtaining approval, processing, and tracking invoices for Senior Directors and the Operations team
Inputting purchase orders into the EMPAC and/or BruinBuy accounts payable/purchasing/receiving system
Providing necessary support for asset management through the Asset Management System
Assisting with miscellaneous projects as needed by the Senior Directors and Operations team
