Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
Prepare and provide accurate quotes for parts.
Process invoices and billing accurately and efficiently.
Manage and respond to inbound calls.
Coordinate email communication with customers and other locations to source parts.

Required
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a service parts or similar environment.
Manufacturing administrative experience preferred.
Logistics (import/export) experience is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred
Administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
