Responsibilities
Preparing stocks and leases for each approved co-op file.
Registering approved sales and title transfer files onto spreadsheet.
Verifying shares on accounting programs.
Preparing cover letters to board members.
Arranging for messenger to pick up/ drop off packages and overnight mailing.
Assisting with responding to phone calls/ emails daily.
Assisting with preparation of closing statements as needed.
Assisting with scanning closing statements and documents.
Assisting with filing of closed closing files.
Maintaining closing gift bags.

Required
Associates degree or higher required
0-1 year of office or administrative experience
Customer service oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment
Possess personal and professional integrity
Ability to work independently and be a team player
Well-organized, efficient and has a good sense of priorities
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Excel & Office preferred
