Responsibilities
Answer and forward incoming calls, following up as needed to ensure callers receive answers to their questions.
Serve as the point of contact for Culture Club and other field centralized recognition programs for team members.
Conduct sales activities as requested by the Sales Director, including following up on leads, tours, home visits, and sales calls.
Assist Executive Director with invoicing, inventory, marketing, and maintaining personnel and resident files.
Assist Culinary leader with ordering, invoicing, and inventory.
Provide information about residence & services when Executive Director is not available.
Provide coverage for front desk team members during breaks, greets and assisting visitors with questions.
Maintain workers’ compensation files using established standards and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
Organizational skills to effectively meet competing priorities.
High school diploma with some college preferred.
Experience working with seniors preferred.
Proven computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and contact management software applications.
Excellent time, organization and priority management skills.
