Responsibilities
Partner closely with principal and key staff members to align team priorities
Heavy calendar management
Be an active participant of the cross-functional administrative team
Validate, coordinate, and prep travel and executive meetings (including light catering)
Attend staff meetings, track agendas, actions items, and goals to keep the team on course
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, briefs, presentations and other documents
Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
Organize and facilitate special events
Manage procurement, expense reports, travel, and other approvals in a timely manner
Co-ordinate and support aspects of project-based work including site management, budget, recruitment, and new employee on-boarding
Regularly review operating practices and implement improvements
Master a flexible work-style, leveraging business messaging applications, video conferencing, and multiple office locations

Required
5+ years of experience providing support to leaders in a fast-paced organization
Organizational Skills- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Communication Skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
Attention to Detail - Ensuring accuracy in all tasks, from data entry to document preparation
Time Management - The ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Discretion and Confidentiality - Handling sensitive information with care and maintaining confidentiality
Technical Proficiency - Proficiency with office software and technology, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email
Problem-Solving Skills - The ability to identify issues and find effective solutions.
Adaptability - Being flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
Professionalism - Maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions and tasks
