Responsibilities
Maintain calendars and scheduling needs for the firm; schedule in-person and virtual meetings and appointments.
Monitor the office; greet clients and guests, maintain an organized space, collect and distribute mail and packages, and prepare meeting rooms.
Assist with organization of office events such as team lunches, meetings, and celebratory events.
Organize and compile meeting materials, including documents and spreadsheets.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and staff.
Liaise with the administrative support team to facilitate communication and coordinate projects.
Manage ad hoc administrative requests and office support.
Create trusting relationships with the team by executing tasks professionally and urgently.

Required
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an office or hospitality setting assisting operational, administrative or similar duties
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service delivery
