Responsibilities
Manage and respond to emails and phone calls
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
Maintain and update digital files and databases
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
Conduct online research and compile data as needed
Assist in the organization of company events and meetings
Manage calendars and schedule travel arrangements
Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Required
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office software tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment
Preferred
Experience with remote work tools and platforms
Familiarity with project management software
