Provide administrative support to the Property Manager in areas such as Collections, Maintenance, and Leasing.
Utilize Quickbooks knowledge if available.
Demonstrate self-motivation, multitasking abilities, strong organizational skills, and punctuality.
Require proficiency in Spanish and English, basic computer literacy in Word and Excel, and general math skills.
Furnish verifiable references and possess reliable transportation.

Required
2yr + experience as an Administrative Assistant
Must speak Spanish and English
Computer literate in basic; word, excel, and general math skills
Verifiable references
Reliable transportation
M-F 8:30-5:00 availability
Ability to relocate to Opa-locka, FL 33054 before starting work
