Responsibilities
Manage schedules for managers and external business partners
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
Process business expenses and maintain accurate records
Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and coordinating participants
Handle department financial operations, such as budget tracking and processing invoices
Assist with personnel operations, including HR-related tasks and documentation
Manage facility operations, such as office supplies procurement and vendor relationships
Provide general office support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
Complete special projects as assigned

Required
Proven experience in calendar management and travel coordination
Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience with MS Office Suite
Customer service experience, both internal and external
Previous experience supporting multiple executives
