Responsibilities

Process invoices and monthly expense reports in Concur.

Engage in the support of the attorneys under the supervision of the Office Administrator, including running conflict checks, creating engagement letters, and assisting in document preparation/revision.

Perform routine hospitality and facilities tasks such as preparing mail, sorting packages, and troubleshooting office equipment.

Function as a liaison with internal departments and outside agencies.

Provide administrative assistance as requested.

4-year college degree

Required
