Responsibilities
Act as a liaison and interface with employees, departments, customers, and outside agencies.
Assist management or professional staff with reporting, filing, researching, and project support.
Complete administrative projects using software applications.
Develop reports, memos, letters, and compose correspondence.
Handle incoming communications, maintain files, and respond to inquiries.
Maintain schedule of events/deliveries and prepare for new hires.
Order assets, handle security setup, and training schedules for new hires.

Required
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent with up to 1 year of professional experience
Preferred
Experience in an administrative role
Ability to type quickly and accurately

Computer skills with Microsoft programs

Experience working in a fast-paced environment
