Responsibilities
Prepares, distributes, and maintains written communication such as graphs, outlines, minutes, correspondence, letters, memorandums, and reports.
Coordinates scheduling for the Department Director and/or Manager, ensuring timely arrangements and efficient maintenance of schedules.
Demonstrates proficiency in computer skills including word processing, database management, spreadsheet organization, and desktop publishing.
Maintains correspondence and communication received, ensuring timely dissemination of information on a need-to-know basis.
Performs assigned tasks and provides work-related support to accomplish departmental objectives.
Receives, screens, and routes telephonic, verbal, and written communication, addressing priority issues promptly.
Prepares summary data, written and oral reports accurately and regularly.
Monitors time and attendance for the department, providing feedback forms for performance improvement.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
2 plus years of experience in an administrative and secretarial capacity.
