Required
Proven and Demonstrated work experience using MS Excel including pivot tables and v-look ups
Previous Administrative Assistant experience and executive Administrative Assistance skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service
Clerical skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Specifically strong experience and experience with MS Excel and MS Word
Knowledge of office equipment
Preferred
Multi lingual skills (English & Spanish) would be preferred
Bachelors degree is strongly preferred
