Responsibilities

Facilitate the onboarding process for testers and raters.
Manage contract routes, tax forms, and all required documentation to ensure timely onboarding and to meet client needs for periodic face-to-face testing contracts for key clients.
Configure testers/raters appropriately in the various rating-related systems.
Serve as the point of contact for testers/raters regarding onboarding inquiries and some clerical tasks related to maintaining current information in all our systems.
Send out reports through Salesforce as directed and approved by the Ratings QA Program Manager.
Coordinate closely with the QA team to ensure all reports are processed and distributed on time.
Assist the Ratings QA Program Manager in managing and maintaining the rater lists in the TMS and Rating Admin sites.
Conduct periodic audits of rater configurations and language availability to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide general administrative support to the Ratings QA Program Manager and the broader Product team as needed (e.g., responding to emails, data entry, record keeping, and database management, etc.)
Help with scheduling, document drafting and management, and internal communications

Required

Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
1 to 2 years experience. We will considering internship.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a product or operational setting
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment
Experience with engaging with individuals from many diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds

Preferred

Experience or familiarity with onboarding processes, particularly in managing contracts and tax forms
Proficiency in using Salesforce and other CRM/TMS systems is a plus
Knowledge of QA processes in language testing or similar environment
Some proficiency in a non-English language would be great for our languages-loving team!
