Responsibilities

Assist insurance agents and brokers with administrative tasks related to property and casualty insurance.
Process insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
Manage and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence from clients and insurance carriers.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for insurance agents and brokers.
Prepare and distribute insurance documents, reports, and presentations.
Conduct policy reviews and provide clients with policy information and updates.
Assist with claims processing and follow-up with clients and insurance carriers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property and casualty insurance products, policies, and regulations.
Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

Required

Property and Casualty insurance license required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in an administrative role within the insurance industry
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
