Responsibilities
Facilitate new employee orientation sessions and serve as onboarding support POC.
Assist with expense reports preparation and provide project support to technical staff.
Coordinate office events, provide administrative support, and act as a Notary for the office.

Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent and 2-4 years of relevant experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and proactive outlook
Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and oversight
Anticipate upcoming project support needs
Preferred
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, Accounting, or other discipline
Knowledge of ProjectWise and Workfront
