Responsibilities
Facilitate new employee orientation sessions and serve as onboarding/offboarding support.
Provide administrative support for Power Delivery Solutions teams.
Assist in expense report preparation and project support for technical staff.
Coordinate office events, manage document control, and provide general office support.

Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
2-4 years of relevant experience
Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and oversight
Ability to anticipate upcoming project support needs
Extraordinary interpersonal and organizational skills
Natural problem solver
Preferred
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, Accounting, or other discipline
Knowledge of ProjectWise and Workfront
Can-do attitude
