Responsibilities
Support management and assist staff as needed
Write routine reports and correspondence in a timely manner
Make photocopies, fax documents and scan documents as required
Sort and file documents
Prepare documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF

Required
Demonstrated attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook strongly desired
Adaptable to learn new software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
One to two years related experience
Healthcare industry knowledge a plus
