Responsibilities
Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, answering phones, and managing correspondence.
Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.

Required
Two years related office experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities
Ability to accurately type 50 wpm, where applicable
Fluent in Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, etc.)
Knowledge of terminology in functional area
Must demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player
Preferred
Personal computer skills
