Responsibilities
Ordering, stocking, inventory, and expense report of office supplies including Costco, Amazon, and coffee supplies stocking.
Serving as a liaison for onboarding and offboarding processes, computer setup, welcome packets, building access, and workstation setup.
Managing office equipment, mail pickup and delivery, office cleaning, conference room setup, and vendor coordination.
Assisting with technology needs, expense reimbursements, internal office events, and training support.
Providing administrative support to Market Leader, coordinating office competitions, and handling miscellaneous tasks.

Required
Associates Degree or higher
2+ year(s) relative experience
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word, Excel, OneNote, and Outlook
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and time management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Ability to apply common sense and understanding to interpret instructions and perform duties efficiently
