Responsibilities

Manage calendars efficiently, making decisions to prioritize requests based on business needs.

Collaborate with business administrators to support an engineering organization with travel and expense budgets, employee onboarding, and team events.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.

Assist in onboarding vendor staff and new hires, including office space management.

Prepare and process expense reports accurately.

Ensure timely flow of information and approvals as needed.

Communicate effectively with business support community and leadership.

Adapt quickly to changing situations and solve complex problems as they arise.

Uphold compliance with Microsoft policies and procedures.

Required

4 years of relevant experience required.

Proficiency in MS internal tools with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Strong command of Microsoft software such as Office Suite and Outlook for at least 3 years.

Experience in calendaring for a minimum of 3 years.

BA/BS degree preferred but not mandatory.
