Responsibilities
Scheduling and Client Interaction: Actively engage with clients to schedule, prepare for, and follow up on meetings. Maintain full and organized calendars for advisors, ensuring they are equipped with all necessary reports and information for each meeting.
Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account updates.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Keep meticulous records of financial transactions, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Data Entry: Precisely input financial data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and company policies, reporting any discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
Administrative Support: Assist with filing, document management, and other organizational tasks to support workflow efficiency.
Technology Proficiency: Effectively utilize financial software, databases (including Salesforce), and other tools to process transactions and access customer information.

Required
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
Ability to effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Preferred
Experience with Required Minimum Distributions is preferred.
