Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Assist in the preparation of documents and reports
Maintain accurate records and files
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Assist in coordinating communication between healthcare professionals, clients, and other team members
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and maintaining office cleanliness
Provide support to other staff members as needed

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
