Responsibilities
Handle clerical work and administrative tasks to support the clinical staff
Provide organization to appointments and welcome visitors
Be the front face of the facility
Assist with billing documents and medical terminology
Manage payroll and/or billing duties
Obtain CPR and First Aid certification if not already certified
Utilize Microsoft Programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel

Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience in a Medical Office with an understanding of billing documents and medical terminology
Minimum of one (1) year experience with payroll and/or billing duties
CPR and First Aid certified, or be willing to obtain certification before working with clients
Established Knowledge of Microsoft Programs; Outlook, Word and Excel
