Responsibilities
Support for senior leadership team, including scheduling, filing, scanning, coordinating and preparing meeting agendas, gathering and assembling data, and assisting in the creation of spreadsheets and presentations
Representing the organization as the first point of contact for internal and external queries
Warmly welcoming and assisting visitors
Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting functions as needed
Organize and maintain a filing system and database of current and prospective clients, including account and contact information
Perform market and industry research and prepare summaries as assigned
Draft correspondence, letters, memos, and various reporting
Receive and respond to calls from customers as well as sales representatives
Participate in goal projects while maintaining daily workload
Document and maintain physician information through internal and external databases

Google Suite: 2 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate to Northbrook, IL 60062 before starting work (Required)
