Responsibilities
Perform general clerical duties including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and board members
Prepare agendas, reports, and minutes for meetings
Assist with the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed
Utilize skills such as e-Filing and Paper Filing to ensure efficient administrative operations.

Required
Must possess excellent administrative skills
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Proficiency in e-Filing, Filing, and Paper Filing is required
Must have strong organizational and planning abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills are essential
Proficiency in MS Office Suite or similar software is required
High school diploma or equivalent education level is necessary
Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
