Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Greet and assist visitors and clients
Perform data entry, manage files, and update records
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, events and travel arrangements for staff
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies

Required
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
