Responsibilities
Calendar and travel/expense management
Note-taking and meeting preparation/follow-up
Report and database maintenance
Hosting office visitors
Assist with space planning for team moves and new hire seating (if applicable)
Plan and execute remote team events and recognition programs, with potential for offsites and in-person activities
Collaborate with other assistants on administrative tasks and projects

Required
3-5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, including supporting a team in an administrative capacity
Ability to exercise judgment and maintain confidentiality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in meeting collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Documents, Slack)
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with leadership and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and deliver on priorities
Proven track record of being reliable, prepared, responsive, eager to learn, and encouraging
Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
Acute attention to detail and follow-through, high level of organization
Preferred
Experience working with Gantt charts and project plans (e.g., Trello)
