Responsibilities
Assist professional engineers and registered architects with reporting requirements
Assist professional engineers and registered architects with writing, reviewing and editing grant submission reviews
Maintain a schedule of deadlines, meetings and necessary trainings
Coordinate with the Project Manager to provide weekly updates on work progress and report any issues that arise
Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy and written quality
Maintain a schedule and database of reviews from initial receipt of the grant submission to finalization of the technical review
Assist with other clerical duties as needed

Required
At least 1 year of experience as a full-time administrative assistant
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Strong computer literacy and typing skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Experience in assisting with architecture, engineering, or technical reviews
Effective communication skills, including phone etiquette and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience with technical writing
Technical review or similar work: 1 year
