Responsibilities
Providing support to professional and technical staff by performing a variety of administrative duties
Word processing, managing spreadsheets, data entry and records management/filing
Project coordination and drafting reports
Answer phones, tasks associated with opening/closing office, processing mail and shipments, and maintain cleanliness in the office
Effective interaction/communication with clients, contractors and SEH team members

Required
Ability to report into the Rochester, MN office daily Monday - Friday
Minimum of two (2) years previous experience in a similar role providing administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to understand and complete complex tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to work successfully in a team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to accuracy and detail, strong problem-solving skills, and good organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to take initiative with assigned tasks, assignments, or projects
Ability to operate basic office equipment including personal computers, copiers, scanners, phones, etc.
Preferred
Willing to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects through prioritization and workload scheduling
Ability to learn new software and assist office manager as well as other project managers in completing their work
Knowledge of construction documents (specifications and other documents)
Previous experience working in an engineering/architecture firm
