Responsibilities

Respond to all communications (phone, email, written)

Input all participation and financial activity in DonorSnap database

Send donation acknowledgment letters

Responsible for booking Center usage for groups

Send invoices to groups and pay bills

Assist with electronic newsletter preparation

Post on social media

Prepare labels for mailings

Prepare program flyers and send program advertisements for parish bulletins and newspaper advertisements

Prepare bank deposits

Welcome all who come to the door

Assist in person with large program registration and fundraising events

Other duties as assigned and needed for special events
