Responsibilities
Answer multi-line phones
Prepare and QC drafts and reports
Client correspondence
Process bank deposits and post payment to the firm's time and billing software
Process mail
Supervise maintenance of office and break room supplies
Scan work papers and/or other documents into appropriate software file locations
