Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of administrative tasks related to correspondence, files, and calendar management.
Coordinate work, provide customer service, gather information, and compile reports.
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research and preparing statistical reports.
Handle information requests, prepare correspondence, receive visitors, arrange conference calls, and schedule meetings.
Train and supervise lower level clerical staff.
Act as a personal representative in dealing with the public and State executives.
Screen incoming correspondence, refer to appropriate staff, and ensure timely responses.
Perform special assignments, studies, and routine administrative functions as directed.
