Responsibilities
Provide administrative support by typing letters, reports, and memos, organizing project files, and coordinating project meetings
Assist with customer support by setting up new subcontracts and change orders, handling subcontractor paperwork, and invoices
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality guidelines along with local requirements
Perform duties in an office environment and visit construction sites as needed
Meet physical demands such as walking terrain, sitting, standing, and lifting objects

Required
Some experience in a similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
Preferred
Bilingual Spanish skills
Adaptability to fast-paced work environments
Experience with ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeam software
