Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
Accurately enter and update data in various systems and databases.
Support special projects and initiatives as needed.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Preferred
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
