Responsibilities
Assist with administrative data input for both general operations and farm operations.
Enforce company policies.
Assist with inbound orders from our farm partners and outbound orders to our customer base.
Assist in support of operational needs of Executive Director.
Serve as HR Liaison for the operation.
Schedule phone interviews with applicants.
Prepare and process expense reports (generate and collect all information needed) for the operation.
Develop and maintain relationships with third party vendors.
Answer phone calls, greet visitors, distribute mail, and prepare communication.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Associate degree in related field
One (1) to five (5) years of related experience
Basic math knowledge
English speaking and writing required, Spanish preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, etc.
Time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Problem solving skills and detail oriented
Prompt and regular attendance is a requirement of this position
