Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and written correspondence, with accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain and organize electronic files, records, and documents for easy access and retrieval.
Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and providing updates to team members.
Manage data entry, database maintenance, and other clerical tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Support the HR and finance teams with administrative tasks, such as onboarding paperwork or invoice processing.
Conduct online research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication.
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.

Required

Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management software).
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Familiarity with virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and cloud-based file management systems.
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
