Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring and scheduling court reporters in the Tucson division.
Perform quality control of transcript requests, production of transcripts, transcript deadlines, and electronic filing of transcripts.
Process transcript requests from CJA attorneys.
Answer questions from attorneys and members of the public regarding transcripts.
Schedule courtrooms for judicial proceedings and distribute weekly schedules for chambers and clerk's office staff.
Track courtroom usage by magistrate judges and prepare reports.
Maintain weekly video teleconference schedules for court proceedings and monthly trial schedules.
File taxation judgements when approved using the Court's CM/ECF program.
Perform internal reviews of jury and postage procedures as part of the district's annual internal controls evaluation.
Coordinate judicial investiture ceremonies, retirement celebrations, and other official events in Tucson division.
Receive, screen, and refer telephone calls and personal visitors.
Receive, screen, and route mail to appropriate persons or offices.
Prepare documents, correspondence, and reports.
Assist with administrative functions of the office including maintaining parking assignments and visitor parking availability and updating information on the Court's intranet and internet sites.
Assist with the district's Continuity of Operations Plan and Tucson division's Occupant Emergency Plan.
Participate in special projects related to administrative service functions.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
High school graduate or equivalent
Two years of general experience
One year of specialized experience at the CL 24 or equivalent
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Cover letter supporting work experience

Attachments in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format
