Responsibilities
This resource will support Head of Lockbox and will support his direct reports along with directors of lockbox
Will schedule meetings and events as well as provide calendar management support.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Will maintain digital documents leveraging Excel and Power Point to enter and update systems and communication.
Will ensure multiple sites are stocked and order supplies as needed.
Will assist with expense reporting and invoice processing.
Will book travel flights, accommodations and transportation.
Will provide meeting support by preparing agendas, take meeting notes and distribute relevant information/materials.
Will assist recruitment with onboarding new employees as needed.
Will provide IT support as needed.

Strong Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams and Outlook)
Experience using Concur.
Experience using Workday.
Highly organized and have the ability to multitask.
