Responsibilities
Calendar management and planning, working with internal and external stakeholders
Arranging meetings, video conferencing, and webinars
Raising purchase orders and coding items or invoices
Working closely with other EA’s and Administrative support teams to coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries
Composing memos and correspondence from brief verbal instructions
Preparing documents and presentations material using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Document production using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Maintaining and reviewing both short and long term to-do lists of action items; keeping the Director updated on all action items arising from meetings; following up on the completion of these items
Other related duties assigned as needed
