Responsibilities

Provide financial and administrative support for the Orthopaedic Surgery Business Office.

Monitor and process all transactions related to the department’s financial activities including purchasing, payables, reimbursements, and journal entries.

Research and resolve suspense and wayward transactions.

Reconcile expenses to source documentation and maintain account and transaction files.

Process quarterly core billing and provide administrative support to faculty and grants managers.

Run errands, pickup and distribute mail, create purchase order and account payable forms.
