Administrative Assistant/Client Manager

Responsibilities
Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the bookkeeping team, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Project Coordination: Track progress of multiple projects to ensure timely completion and delivery. Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and address any delays.
Information Gathering: Reach out to clients to collect necessary financial information and documentation in a timely manner.
Basic Bookkeeping Support: Use foundational knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles to support the team in tasks like data entry, reconciliations, and report preparation.
Meeting Scheduling & Follow-ups: Organize and schedule meetings between clients and team members as needed. Ensure all client requests are addressed, and necessary follow-ups are completed.
Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative assistance, including file organization, document preparation, and other duties as required.

Required
Basic bookkeeping/accounting experience or theoretical knowledge required
Ability to assist with simple bookkeeping tasks and client deliverables
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (experience in bookkeeping or finance is a plus)
Proficient with communication and project management tools (email, calendars, task tracking software)
A client-focused approach with a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
