Responsibilities
Logging into various online accounts to download data as needed.
Assist in managing client projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate with staff and clients to schedule meetings, collect necessary documentation, and monitor project progress.
Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical, related to ongoing projects.
Learn, implement, and manage various software applications used by the firm, including accounting software, CRM tools, and project management platforms.
Troubleshoot basic software issues and liaise with IT support when necessary.
Provide software training and support to team members as needed.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly and efficient service.
Schedule client meetings, prepare meeting materials, and ensure client information is up-to-date.
Assist with client onboarding and ensure a seamless client experience.
Ensure all work is completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Review documents for errors, inconsistencies, and compliance with firm standards.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and firm information at all times.

Required
Must be highly tech-savvy and able to independently create/manage your own task list.
Experience in a remote working environment.
Great verbal and written communication skills.
Tech Savvy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
Attention to detail.
Manage multiple tasks.
Preferred
Experience with Quickbooks Online and/or Xero.
Accounting knowledge.
Experience in an accounting firm.
