Responsibilities
Coordinates schedules, meetings, and activities to support administrator/department staff.
Maintains various files and records (manual/computer) for documentation purposes.
Handles all collected monies for accurate financial records.
Monitors departmental activities to ensure goals and requirements are met.
Prepares written materials such as reports, memos, and letters.
Responds to inquiries from internal and external parties.
Supports administrative and department personnel with their functions.
Assists other personnel as needed for an efficient work environment.
Attends meetings and workshops to record events and exchange information.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Job related experience within specialized field with increasing levels of responsibility required.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal most important).
Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance.
Tuberculosis Skin Test.
Must follow safety and health protocols.
