Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the BMS Office including drafting and implementing office policies, preparing academic standing meetings, generating academic standing letters, working with faculty on textbook lists, updating catalogs and handbooks, organizing student orientations, and communicating with various departments.

Assist current students with registration, coordinating comprehensive exams, managing graduation processes, proctoring exams, and providing testing accommodations.

Maintain office filing systems and AV equipment, computers, telephones, and fax machines by filing paperwork, liaising with IT departments, and reporting and resolving technical issues.

Provide customer service by answering phones, directing visitors, replenishing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, organizing supplies, and providing tours of the facility as needed.

1 - 3 years of related experience required.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint required.
